Oil & Gas Employees Beware! - Oil and gas employees moving in the area beware of the Estates At Seven Fields. Because of the influx of people in the oil/gas industry moving in the Cranberry/Warrendale Twp area, this complex has raised their rent 15% after your lease is up and require huge deposits. The townhomes and apartments are not high end at all as they are advertised. The use cheap constuction and the fixtures ...Full review of Seven Fields Dev Pa Incorporated

Beware Although the grounds are beautiful at this place, I have to say this was a terrible experience for us. Maitanence and management do not respond to concerns, and it would take an act of god to make them actually enter your unit and "fix" anything. The pet deposit is

Amazing Looking at this place you'd expect $2,000 rent per month for just a small place. It is that nice. Gated community, very quiet and beautiful, 2 pools, outdoor grilling areas, washer/dryers in units, very well-maintained. I don't think a nicer place exists near

Terrible is an understatement This place was decent when we moved in but now its a nightmare. Aside from hearing everything through my paper thin walls I am awoken every single morning by maintenance driving up and down the sidewalks on their incredibly loud plow, or whatever the hell it is.

Great Living! I have lived at The Pointe for going on 2 years and I think it is extraordinary! For the price that you pay for rent, you definetly get your money's worth! Not only do you have an open and spacious condo to live in, you have a choice of 2 beautiful pools, the MANY

Laughable I Left those "luxury" condos in 2008. I didn't get much of my security deposit back and my Pet Deposit vanished as well.
Beautiful grounds keeping, Pools where great but the place was overpriced and the renters where treated differently than the owners of units. I
