I have beenliving here for 3 years. Bottom floor in the bathroom the roof has leaked 3 times in the bathroom from the apt above. This cause uncleanable mold. Managment is very unfreindly. If rent is 3 days late u get a 12 day eviction notice and a 150 fee. Parking is scarce. You can hear every move the apt above makes including using their bathro. The apliances r extremy out dated and dont work well. Would never recomemend for the price and value!
