Living in Belle Terre Nordiac town homes was not worth the time or money a family would spend to live there . Poor maintence and attendance to reports , everything is rigged rather then fixed properly . The main motto for Belle Terre is unless it's completly broken we arent gonna fix it and you'r not gonna get your security deposite back ! Not too mention the fact that Belle terre has extremly high level's of radon not properly filtraded out of the homes as well as major water drainage problems !
Belle Terre has lost 8 family's out of 16 homes in the past 6 months do to the irresponcibility of the ownership of the property! ( more moving out soon ) !
