As many of you would agree that the person complaining about Community Pride is probably a jackass. If he or she had any common sense or knowledge, they would call the office and speak like an adult to the office staff about the issues he or she addressed. But since they did not try that first, I did call the office to ask why some of these things are the way they are. First of all, the community tv channel is not controlled by the office but by the cable company. The keyboard they use to type with does not work all the letters so things that are spelled wrong by no part of a person but a computer. Rent checks do take awhile because they go the leasing office, then main office, then to the banks. Hello, balance your check book and you won't complain. They give you 5 days to pay the rent so if you are complaining about being late, you must be late a lot. As far as the creek, I guess you have never actually seen it because it is a large flowing clean creek. Open your eyes jackass and get out if you don't like it.
