I have lived here since aug 03 and have had nothing but problems. Forget calling to have anything fixed, unless you want people running in your house when you are not there. Let alone them walking right in my house to lay a package on my table. Get letters every week that I am tieing my dog out and not cleaning up, well when I walk out there there is no mess from my dog, and I don't tie her out. The Prop man is a real jerk and don't care how the tenats feel. As far as the snow, hope you have 4x4, and even if it does cost 10,000 for them to come out then and afford that out of the rent of only 10 homes. At 1000 or more, plus 30 to 50 a month for a pet on top of 300 pet deposit, and 50 every time they think your dog made a mess they had to clean up. How do they know whos dog it was did they pay for dna, they didn't get a sample from my dog to compare it to. I am out of here as soon as I can find a place. Good riddance, I won't feel bad to leave this hole

Um, you don't quite know what you're talking about espically since the "prop man" is a woman. And it's a pet privilage fee, of $250, average for the area. And they allow alot more dogs than most places, and have no weight restrictions. Better get your facts right and then voice an opinion.

I think he/she is right for expressing their concern, and looking out for others who are thinking of leasing. I've talked to many people in Georgetown Crossing and from the blue apartments and they all feel very similar with how unprofessionally problems are taken care of. They will send everyone a letter notifying them that they can't have their bikes or furniture on their porch because it may seem disorderly although people pay alot more money for porches and their is no rule in the lease stating they can or cannot keep porch furniture, bikes, trashcans on porch. For the amount of rent people pay, I believe they should give them a little extra respect and act immediately when a problem is called in from a resident. I am 18 years old and I believe I can do better than that. There is only around 2-3 maintenance employees for the whole area of Georgetown Crossing, and that is ridiculous. (justmeonlyme19) These are the real facts and I was there the whole time and I personally know people from the office. I'm not blaming employees because their just doing what is told by someone higher although the property manager should make a few changes because people are constantly leaving from disappointment.

Um, yes there are rules in the lease about bikes, trashcans and anything that is not "outside furniture". It can't be outside. The lease says so and the apartments have storage areas for bikes and such. The townhomes have very large basements to store stuff in. The porch homes only cost $20.00 extra a month - I don't call that alot. There are 6 maintenance people who work at the community and they take care of a total of 469 homes. They each have a zone they are assinged to so they can give personal care to each of the homes they over see. I'm 36 and I see a business being run the way it should be. I enjoy living here and plan to stay a long time. Love the creek by the way. |

I can see right through the property manager of this place. You respond 4 times and use UM to start a sentence using phony names..that does not cut it. I can see right through it. I was considering this place, but I don't think so. I have seen enough.
