I can't believe anyone would be unhappy here. We had a tornado go thru behind our home last week. Maintenance was right out that night in the wind and rain cleaning up, boarding up broken windows and doing what they could for us. The next morning we had about 10 people behind our town home cleaning up all the trash and stuff that was thrown around by the tornado. Within hours it looked like nothing had happened. It has only been a week and all the windows have been replaced and the wood walls between the patios have been re-built.
Now that's what I call service!
