Georgetown crossing is very nice, very close to everything and has just about everything you would want in a townhouse. THe only problem is the cost is outrageously high for so many limitations and stipulations. No space heaters for the cold unfinished basement, no remodeling allowed by any tenants even if it's just a different colored paint, and speaking of paint, the walls are nonwashable, the paint just comes right off and everything makes a mark. The bathroom fixtures are cheap and the stud spacing in the walls are spaced too far apart. Instead of 12 inches they are at least 24 inches apart. Sometimes extra charges end up on your rent summaries and you get late fees for things you have no clue what they are.And if you are expecting any security deposit back, forget it....Unless you replace everything in the place and basically make it brand spankin new, you aren't getting a dime back, and they stick you with the cleaning bill and repair bills for damages you supposedly made. So in my summary of Georgetown Crossing, don't waste your money, you could get a house on your own property and more square feet for about half the mortgage.
