The unmitigated gall of apt managers

In case it is not obvious to readers, the comments made on 1/27, were made by the STAFF OF THE APARTMENTS. What unmitigated gall it takes to post like that, so blatantly. I've learned when the posting reads like an ad, it is, some fraudulent manager posing as a resident. Apparently the "user agreement" lets anyone comment. But if management can't handle problems before they get to the point that people are going to post online, it speaks volumes against them. And then angry rebuttals online: expect them in person if you live there!
