I moved in about a month ago and I have no major complaints. There are a million little kids running around screaming all the time, but that goes away at night. It's hard to tell how thick the walls are, because we dont have anyone below us.
Regardless, it's in a nice area of Mechanicsburg, right next to 581, 83, and 81, and it's reasonably affordable for $695/mo. But if kids get on your nerves, this is absolutly not the place for you.
