For the price you are paying your just paying for a roof over your head. You would expect maybe a playground, pool, tennis court, fitness facility, any type of amenities that some or most other apartments have, but there is nothing. Moreover, the 5 years The Brambles have been around they do not plan to add those amenities to the property. The only utilities that are included in the rent are trash and sewage. You would think, with that price your paying you could at least have another utility included in the rent. The new office women are also snotty. The heat and AC vent is loud, so those who complain about TV?s being heard from other residents it is probably because they cannot hear it over their heat/AC. Bottom Line: you are paying more than what the place is worth.
