Not perfect but not bad if you are in transition

First of all, some people take a lot for granted and slamming a place they actually reside. That is their right! However, I must say that there are certian things that can be improved upon in The Brambles community. For example, build an activity place for residents with children. They have enough land to do this. If you are in a transitional status, this is a nice apartment. Like other apartments you will have noise occassionaly..it is tolerable if you are young at heart. If you are Geobachelor and want to be close to most of the shopping centers, this is the place for you. The rent is reasonable relative to a big city or other places around the area. This is a very safe and quiet place. Management respond to reported problems as they arise. Let them know the seriousness of the problem. For anyone looking for an apartment, I would suggest you visit this apartment site in the morning and in the evening...speak to the residents, if you can find any outside. Decide from there. You do have some very unhappy people whose intention is to cause problem because management was slow to respond to their immediate needs. If you live in the Apartment and you hate it that much, as I have read in previous eveluations, move when your lease runs out. Personaly I like the quiet location. Not a perfect place but good enough for those who go to work daily and love to stretch the dollar. You get what you pay for!
