I lived at the Brambles for almost 2 years and I really appeciated that it was a relatively new apartment (not old and run down) and that maintenance was quick to repair problems. If you decide to rent an apartment at the Brambles, make certain that you rent a 2nd floor apartment so that you don't have to hear all of the annoying noise that your 2nd floor neighbor makes when you live on the 1st. My apartment was on the 1st floor and I could hear the neighbor above peeing in his toilet. It didn't help that he also weighed over 280lbs because he used to stomp around his apartment, creating excessive noise in my apartment. I swore that one morning, I would wake up to see a hole in my ceiling and his fat ass sitting on my living room floor.

The fixtures inside each apartment are very nice and new, but the actual frame of the apartments is very cheap (allowing for "neighbor noise" to be heard very easily) as if the contractor was trying to break a record speed of "slapping" up as many apartment buildings, within the shortest period, as possible

If you can put up with a constant noise problem, the Brambles is a decent place to live.
