This is a very nice place if you have children or are a young couple starting out. Area is pretty safe but like at any apartment complex get to know your surroundings and the people. Office staff is helpful with complaint and they also accept dogs now for of course a fee. Also try and get an apartment close o the wodline they are quieter and more secluded.
