I have lived in the Brambles for nearly two years. I have had a very positive experience here. Very safe, well lit, NO problems with anyone ever. Good parking - never any problems with cars. Quiet area - especially over on the side furthest from the highway - near the trees - very pretty. My neighbors downstairs are a little noisy - but never late in the night and never wild parties. I have reported it and they have been told by the office to keep it down. But you have to expect some of that in an apartment. The maintenance team is wonderful - responds very quickly to any problem - but have had only a few minor problems - nothing major. I think the buildings are very well constructed and the rent is reasonable. I live in a 2nd floor apt - which at first I thought would be a bit of a pain...but it's really no big deal...you get used to the steps. I have two small children - and it has worked out just fine for us. The office staff is WONDERFUL to work with. Nice community atmosphere...Ice Cream Day on the first day of school...Cookout on the first day of summer. Big summer picnic and neighborhood yard sales. Overall I've loved living here and I think you will too.
