Better for Transitional Living, but i loved it!

Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2009-01-01
I lived in a one bedroom unit for 2.5 years while i was finishing up clinicals at the local hospitals. I think it was the best situation for me. It is very expensive and that's why I eventually moved. My rent did increase significantly each year, but they do come with all the necessary amenities. (dishwasher, washer/dryer, ac, ect) It is a very convenient location, and my neighbors were wonderful. i think it is very easy to hear between apartments though. there are firewalls between, but not in the ceilings so the noise can flow over. this is suitable for one person, i think it may be too small for two. and absolutely ideal and maintenance free for someone who travels often. the staff was pleasant and courteous, and any maintenance issues were resolved in a more than appropriate time frame. I also had a problem with ants, however i called the complex and they told me when someone would come and spray, they did, and the ants were eliminated. and someone else was right about the toilet, it did tend to need to be plunged often. If I was in the same situation again, i would absolutely choose to live in this complex. Also, they were completely reasonable with my security deposit when i moved out. I kept my place very nice, however, they were not overly fussy. I lived in two complexes before, and this was certainly my best experience. I don't see any reason why i wouldn't rent here if you like the setup! As far as the quality, this is a rental. my expectations were not that high, i think it was more than adequately constructed.
