I wouldnt recomend anyone to live at Cumberland Pointe. Its very dark there. If you know what i mean. i mean who would have thought in mechanicsburg. People let there kids out running around. 2 years old without parents. Constant fights in middle of street with children and adults. It dont matter. Poor maintenence. No yard.... This place is a joke................STAY AWAY
