We have lived here for a year now and have been very happy. Our lease is expired and non renewable because or family has out grown the amount of occupants allowable but they have been more than fair even when we were struggling financially and rent was late they never made us feel bad or did we feel threatened. Maintanence was rarely needed but when they were they responded quickly and efficiently. We hate to leave and can only hope that our next home is run by as nice of people.
