I've been living here for nearly 8 months now and I look at it as "it's a place to live" and that's all. The electric bill in the winter months does get pricey but the summer is alright with the a/c. I recieved a letter from the office two days after getting a 4 week old kitten and on it said that I never informed them that I was housing a dog. It also said that I wasn't cleaning up its poop when letting it outside. I gave the letter back to them with a message basically stating shove it then paid the cat fee and now pay each month for it but while I was in the office the guy at the desk told me the neighbor (wouldn't say which one) swears it was a dog(but I was never outside with the cat... duh duh dumbass) So basically neighbors turn on ya quick. other items of disappointment were two things. two months after moving in the washing machine overflowed then about a month later the dishwasher broke. One last thing there is no exaust fan in the bathroom so expect to clean mildew off walls and ceiling with bleach a few times while living there. Other than that, It's GREAT!!!
