I am currently living in Geneva. I love it here. However it was built with the intentions of being lower income, hud qualified but The have Nothing for the children to do. They are extremely picky it's good, but a little crazy. They cant use chalk, ride electric scooters, play ball. You have a notice on your door everyother day. Then you have the older disabled people in here who complain the kids are to loud, and the spy... that's all they do. Other then that its great!

Geneva Greens apartments are nice apartments. I agree there is nothing to do for the children, however, these are usually the same children who refuse to obey the few rules there are and whose parents don't seem to be interested in watching their children or teaching them respect for others or the property. They are not allowed to use chalk because they were drawing obscene drawings on the sidewalks and parking lot. The kids will jump on people's cars, throw balls and hit the cars and yes, they are loud. Not everyone wants their plants, cars and other belongings ruined by these thoughtless children. GG is a good place to live but some of those with children need to watch them and teach them respect for others. The staff here is excellent and they are trying very hard to keep this a nice place to live for everyone.

Geneva Green is much better than some of the other apartments...For example, Cumberland Point looks really nice but the apartments are falling apart. It has water linking from the ceilings in most apartments...the dishwasher doesn't work, the bathrooms pipes do not work well. It's problem after problem. Kids between the ages of 12-17 hang out all the time until midnight playing loud music. I won't live at cumberland point. Just because you have section 8 doen't mean they don't have to fix things. Geneva Greens is a much better apartment.
