Graham Hill Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

I moved in here last year after a recommendation from a co-worker who also lived here. I LOVE my apartment and the front office staff is GREAT. I have called with several questions, maintenance requests, etc. and they are always polite and responsive. I have lived in several apartment complexes over the past couple of years and this is by far the most community centric. They often have free car washes, ice cream socials, bbq's, etc. and even host events specifically designed for families and children such as an Easter egg hunt and Halloween party. I would say this complex goes above and beyond for children. I live directly in front of the playground and there are lots of kids there ALL the time. As a single person, I was amazed at the number of families who live in the complex.
Pros:
- Big apartments with vaulted ceilings
- Affordable
- Friendly and responsive front office
- Well maintained and groomed landscape
- New appliances (full washer and dryer)
- Maintenance is quick to respond
- Friendly community (for the most part)
- Great pool and workout facility
Cons:
- As with any apartment, the walls and floor are thin
- My obnoxious neighbors below me who fight constantly (though not the fault of the complex)

I'd suggest that SOME apartments have thin walls and floors... definitely not all. And for this place to be as expensive as it is, the quality of the construction and insulation should be 100% better than it currently is.
