I am new to PA and had to find a place to live relatively fast. Graham Hill seemed like the best choice at the time (key word being seemed). Appearances are very deceiving here. The apartments look beautiful from the outside, and even on the inside they are pretty decent. Unfortunately, my life has become a living nightmare here. I can hear everything the neighbors below me do... whether they are watching tv, listening to music, having conversations, fornicating, you name it... I can hear it. I understand that apartment living has it's drawbacks, but when my rent payment is $1100 a month I would think I'm entitled to some peace & quiet, and not having to listen to my neighbors having sex. I have gone to management about the noise and they were not willing to do anything more than send the tenants below me a note. Maybe if Graham Hill had invested money in insulation rather than a big fancy clubhouse or repaving the parking lots, I'd actually like living here. As it is, I come home ready to relax from a hard day's work only to become even more stressed from the noises I constantly hear. Do not rent here - there are far better places to live that are probably cheaper as well.

you seem to have an issue with what you consider loud, love making...i cant say that i dont understand...because i do...as as fornication...you are stating that this couple is not married...so outside of this...is the noise level...what you would consider normal?
