After I moved there, construction began on a HUGE old folks' home in what used to be nearby farmland. Construction noise all day long. On top of this, I could hear EVERYTHING in the apartment below me (even somebody keying the microwave, TV, phone ringing, etc.). The washer & dryers were not full-size, although I knew that going in. For the money, you'd better off in almost any townhouse. Pets were allowed, but costs more. By the way, they raise the rent every year you stay. AND, some of the places did not have a dead-bolt lock! They tried to charge a neighbor to put one in.
