Don't even give them notice when you want to move because they will give you a bad reference even if you have been a good tenant to prevent you from finding another apartment. Just find another place and leave without notifying them.
Even if you follow all the rules and regulations in their lease they will find a way to screw you out of the security deposit and if you complain or try to stand up for your rights at all they will make your life hell by harassing you and looking for any opportunity to evict you. Your better off living on the street than living here. I hope this will warn some of you and save you the stress they have caused me. The new property manager is a ----.
