Poor construction....the apartments have to be treated with care, the paint is lousy, the floors creak, the plumbing sucks, and there are holes everywhere that allow mice to move in with you. Thank God the management doesn't charge you the pet fee for the mice. Walls are very very thin, you can hear everything!

Lousy management....We moved in in early 2002 and the management seemed nice at the time, even let me slide on rent when my bank screwed up some deposits from work. However, beginning in late 2002 the management changed dramatically. During the Valentine's Day winter storm that dumped 3 feet of snow, they waited 3 days to hire a contractor to plow our cars out. WE COULDN'T EVEN GET TO WORK! Instead, they have one of the residents plow with his early 80's Ford pickup. To make matters worse, they gave us NO rent break that month even though most of us missed 3 days pay! -------s.

They also ignored the fact that the back parking lot was a drug hotspot for narcotic sales.

Location is okay, but the area is growing too fast and is becoming a pain.

Renting practices unfair, advertise apartments the same size as the one I was renting for $150 less, and then they raise the rent dramatically every year. Also allow low class tenants that party all night, drink and do drugs, have young girls over for sex parties and unemployed bums living on Gov't support. They drag the hole community down.
