my heat didn't work right from the moment I moved in and was never fixed properly. I had a dog and could not see to walk her at night. People looked in my bedroom window and then never did anything about the lighting. I steamed the carpets before I left and they still charged me $104 when they told me I would get my full deposit back at the final walk through. It has just been a night mare since day one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am looking into renting from this apartment. Was it that bad? Also, I was wondering if you could tell me about how much the utilities cost in the summer and winter months for gas, electric, and water just to get a good idea. Thanks for your help!
