If this offends anyone, I apologize. BUT you asked me what I think, after all it's a rating....so I am gonna take the opportunity to explain WHY!

This place is RIDICULOUS!
First of all, I can totally see why someone would charge to break your lease, but why so much to break it' We already pay alot to live here to begin with. I could find something cheaper, and help my own pockets out if I wouldn't have to pay so much to do so.
The landlord for some reason does not like me. In fact, she likes to find some reason to try to "evict", "talk to me about", and even "give me warnings" about. I don't do anything, and my neighbors seem to be not bothered by my presence here. I don't like the bad vibe I get from the manager, and I feel this way cause she interigated my neighbors about me and what I do. I clean up after my sweet baby, my dog and partner in couch potatoe time. If I hang a towel over my banister to dry...phone call next day to let me know I am breaking one of the "rules" (since when are we still in school). And yet my neighbors house gets broken into and they make her pay money to change the door locks. It's gotten unsafe here, and absolutely ridiculous. We allow others to "bend the rules", and yet do they get the lectures, the talk to's and write to's' Course not.
This is merely my feelings, and I WILL EXERCISE MY FREEDOM OF SPEECH!
It's a sin to pay this much a month.
