This place is a descent neighborhood but is going downhill very fast. Low income housing very near by is starting to take over and so are the riff raff from Harrisburg that live there. It is slowly becoming a high police active neighborhood. The rent is way too high. The only thing included in rent is trash and sewer. What a rip off!!! Not only that, but when I asked about early termination nearly 8 months in advance, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to pay 2 months worth of rent just to move out. It is things like this that make this place a horrid place to live. Since I have moved in, there has been places that have needed painted in the apt and was told that they would be taken care of, when in actuallity, nothing was done. And I have been here for 18 months.
