Avoid this dump like the plague

This place is awful... avoid this at all costs. The landlord is a crook. If you leave the apartment in perfect condition, they will still not give you your deposit back. If you need something fixed, they will blow you off forever. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
They never shovel or mow. It's a bit overpriced, and it is very unsafe now with drug dealers all over the place. It OK when it was new, but now it may as well be in harlem.
