I really don't have too much to complain about regarding this place. It was nice, I lived there for two years. When things needed fixed, the fix-it guy was almost always there within a day. Faster if it was important. We got our security deposit back without a problem.
Parking was a bit of an issue at times, as there were very few "floating" spots. So, as I had a roommate, this caused issues. And god forbid you park in a neighbor's parking spot... Grumpy people.

The other problem I had with it, is that it seemed to change hands a bit too often. The management staff changed 3 or 4 times in the time I was there.
