If this is the only place you can find, live in your car until another place opens up - Trust me!

Maintenance is awful and they'll charge you for anything they can possibly find. Simply put, they are shady and dishonest.

Also - since the housing project moved in right next door (actually share the same entry), police calls have spiked to a very routine level.

If you don't mind crack neighborhoods and neighbors, this place may be for you! Enjoy - and I warned you!
