The landlord is the biggest issue with this place. They do not care about you at all. They will hassle you when they want you to do something. If you ever have an issue they will do everything in there power to NOT help you. There is also a bad neighborhood right next door. Kids come over all the time and throw rocks at your cars. Again the Landlord does nothing about this. The apartments are nice and the maintenance guy works his butt off to get everything done correctly the first time. I would not recommend living here unless you are a hermit or are really well built to intimidate the land lord into giving you what you want/need.

Also the insulation is horrible. If your neighbor has a tv in there room you will be able to hear it while you TRY to sleep.
