You can hear everything through the walls--music, televisions, neighbors coughing--everything. I could even hear the phone conversations of the person living above me. The apartments are very poorly insulated. They are also dated in appearance and the fixtures/materials inside are cheap. The office staff is friendly, but does not go above and beyond to cater to their residents. Also, prepare to be inconvenienced from time to time with little warning by the grounds crew or maintenance people. For the price I paid in rent, I'd expect them to do more upkeep and upgrades to the interiors of the apartments and to the complex. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
