These apartments are tiny, dirty, and poorly built. The apartment manager, Jan, is the most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with. She does not return calls and cares little about fixing issues. She gives you no notice when the parking lot will be closed or when someone is coming into your building. A call to PMI, the company that runs this complex, was equally useless. The maintenance men leave huge messes behind when/if they finally come to fix a problem. In the winter, snow was never removed from the parking lot which resulted in me missing work because it was physically impossible to get out. The apartments are so poorly built that you can hear EVERY sound from the person below or above you, and I mean EVERY sound. Its disgusting. I would recommend living in a box on the street before I would ever recommend this apartment complex, or any other PMI property, to anyone.
