| 12/09/2011 | We moved to the Harrisburg area about 15 months ago and selected this place as a launching point. We were assurred by the manager, Jan, that the neighbor was quiet. This was a key point that we emphasized was important and she assurred us the neighbor was very nice and kept to herself. Unfortunately, the night we moved in, the neighbor came home, slammed the door and stomped around. That pretty much set the tone for the rest of the time we spent there.
