I've had worse

I lived here for 1 year in one of the townhomes. Before I moved in, they completely replaced all the carpeting, and repainted the entire inside. They did a very nice job on it. There was lots of room and they accepted my large dog with no trouble.
At the time I was there, the maintenance team was pathetic. If you could get the maintenance manager to quit screwing the secretary in the office long enough to get your issues taken care of, then it wasn't so bad. The trick was to get him and his crew to quit screwing around and actually get some work done.
I know of one time there was a serious water break in one of the buildings, and the maintenance manager wouldn't go fix it until he had finished working on his boat for the day.
Maintenance was lazy, stupid, and very difficult to communicate with unless you wore a short skirt.
However, I have not lived there for a long time and I do know they got rid of the old maintenance supervisor which was the smartest thing they could have done.
Other than that, the Office Manager was very nice, helpful and friendly. She was a joy to deal with and you could tell she was not at all happy about the maintenance team. I'm glad she did something about it.
