The apartments are older and not that well maintained. The parking sucks, you have one numbered spot but your neighbors constantly parked in it. We had tons of bugs even though we were on the second floor. It was extemely noisy. The neighborhood is safe, but it looks and acts ghetto with neighbors playing loud rap music all night. Neighbors let their dogs crap anywhere and never pick it up. But it isn't safe to walk on the sidewalk either because of the bad lighting and children's toys strewn everywhere. The management is nice but do not enforce the few simple rules that would make this apartment complex worth the price you pay.
