Decent apartment for the price

The buildings here are older but moderately well maintained. My building was very quiet, but I have been told that some others are louder (there are a number of different buildings).

We had several problems with appliances but they were taken care of promptly.

We were not completely happy with the lease terms (they do not allow month-to-month), but that was our mistake because we knew this up front.

Overall, its a good value and I would recommend it to others.
