I would not recommend this complex to anyone. It's owned by a large corporation and the staff are only motivated by signing up new tenants and keeping expenses low.

NEVER pay the 'market rate'. While you're looking at an apartment and the staff thinks you'll be a good tenant, the staff will offer you a 'discount' if you sign the lease that day. If the staff 'forgets' to tell you about the 'discount', call the PA Human Relations Commission (PHRC) to file a discrimination complaint.

If you want to talk to someone higher in the company than the property manager, the staff are not allowed to give you any phone numbers.

It's very difficult to get repairs made.

It's common to see the local police department on the property conducting offical business. Cars and apartments have been broken into since I've lived here starting in 2004.

The staff are friendly but not competent. As far as their bookkeeping is concerned, keep track of any money that you pay them, they messed up my account and the account of two other tenants living near me.

The apartments have mice. I had to set my own traps to maintain the rodent population. There are lots of pets here too. Watch where you step, some pet owners don't clean up after their dogs. Dogs in unit nearby are easily heard when they bark all night long.

Many children in the complex seem to be unsupervised by anyone. I have witnessed children fighting, vandalizing the units, swearing and being disrespectful of adults and the adult's property. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Wow! With all the issues you seemed to have experienced- I am surprised you stayed so long. I find it funny, I am a resident & I have been here for years. In the past several years with the new manager, everytime I have contacted the office (maintenance request, pest control, a pet or noise issues) - the staff and management team - have resolved the problem very quickly! Best service we have had in years!
