My apartment overall is nice, but there's 3 things that keep me from recommending it to people. First,the management (or lack thereof). It consists of one woman (who is not the owner) who is as rude as all get out and only works a few days of the week and then only 2-3 hours of those days. She's been here for 11 years, but she is so mean and unfriendly until it's obvious she has no interest in a manager-tenant relationship. The owners do not make themselves available (no other phone numbers are given to contact them), so everything stops at the front desk with the I'm-mean-and-drive-a-Porshe-and-I'm-in-charge lady. Avoid her at all cost. Secondly, the so-called "firewall" that is supposed to be between each apartment. HA! I hear clear conversations of my neighbors and can smell their cigarette smoke through my air vents. And third, maintenance. It's slow (takes weeks sometimes before things are fixed) and often requires multiple visits before a clear resolution.
