My wife and I rented here for 3 yrs (2000-2003). Initially we were happy then new ownership took over and an immediate decline in services was noticed along with the apartment manager's attitude towards tenants. EXAMPLES: Owner's son took over most of maintence. We had to call 3 times to get leaking bathroom sink. He decided on Trip#1 it was a "leaky" drain pipe. He replaced pipe. It still leaked. Trip#2 He "couldn't see" any leak. Trip #3 He "guessed" he call in a plumber. When a qualified plumber looked at the problem (for about 10 seconds) he noted it was a bad faucet! When the washer-dryer died of old age, the apartment manager was "too busy" to let the deliverers in. There was a then a problem with the installation and once again, the manager was unavailable to do her job. I had to take day off of work to let repairmen in and they never showed. And according to them manager NEVER set anything with them! She was also deceptive and vindictive when we gave 60 days notice to leave. She alleged that painters reported "deliberate damage" by us! This was total LIE! Only when I said I was going to District Justice, was our our secutiy deposit released. If this owner & manager still there, DO NOT RENT HERE!
