Susan Updegraff lies about sizes of the units and lots more to rent the units and then dismisses all tenants. Tenants are told the units are clean and are in good repair but are not allowed in the unit untill the contract is signed.

Safety hazards are ignored and tenants have been hurt with NO response or concern fron the property manager.
