Manager is a piece of work. She will try to keep your deposit, no matter what. I initially liked the place but it was my very first apartment so I was naiieve. You will spend a fortune heating a first floor apartment in the winter. The walls a paper thin and at some point those wood balconies will collapse unless they are replaced. Several other tenants complained about managment as well. she did replace the carpet when I moved out but kept my deposit and threatened to take me to court if I kept asking why.
