Not only are there rodent issues that she will not take care of, there is also a problem with mold is some units. I did not have that, but someone on the 1st floor has a major issue and so do others. She definitly will try to keep your security deposit. I agree with the other reviews that she is deceptive and vindvtive. She told aa out and out lie to a prospective new landlord and cost me the place.
