It looks great in the beginning.....
Here's my story: I arrive ready to sign the lease and surprise! There's an additional charge of 25 dollars a month per pet. Funny they forgot to mention that. Truck and friends are waiting so I just sign the lease.
Nice neighbors' Like to see 5 kids in a family crammed in a small townhouse' Imagine the 8 unit block you're in has a dozen kids...Kids who have no supervision. Then things break...then cops come and arrest your next door neighbor which is great because the screaming and crying stops. Sound like fun' Things break...burners on stoves cabinet doors...You decide to clean behind the refrigerator...a dead mouse...nice... thousands of ants invade...
and the property manager is an unpleasant, condescending woman who treats professionals like children. Why pay 800 dollars a month to live in a trailer park' Then you move out finally and get charged back part of your deposit for 'cleaning fees' when you left the apartment in better condition than it was in when you took keys.
