Living here was a tremendous mistake. Please don't be fooled by the other ratings you see on this site.
I move around a lot because of my work and have lived in 6 other apartments in the past 3 years. Rose Tree Crossing is by far the worst experience I've had. So far I've had significant and repeated problems with my refrigerator and toilet, not to mention the place was crawling with bugs the day I moved in.
A twice a month extermination service is offered for temporarily getting rid of bugs, but you have to question a place with such a significant pest problem that they require exterminators every two weeks!!!
The management is rude and not interested in tenant satisfaction at all. Please do not live here!
