I have lived in RoseTree Crossing for the past 1.5 years. The good points: Nice neighbors in my building, nice location if you work in the area, plenty of parking, seems to be enough laundry machines since I don't have to wait often, and office staff has always been nice to me. The bad points: In the 2 BR's 1 of the rooms has no AC unit, lots of bugs outside so don't leave patio/balcony door open, trash should be picked up more often, route 1 traffic sometimes a bit loud. However, the one major reason for me moving is because I live on a ground floor unit and it seems to always feel damp. Add the fact that there are lots of trees so not much sunlight in the unit and you end up with lots of mold and buildup that can eventually make you sneeze alot. The good thing is it stays cool, so no need to crank up the AC in the summer. Overall a good value, but I would recommend an upper level unit in a building with decent sunlight.
