Horrible,horrible, horrible!! We had no heat or hot water although the lease stated 'heated and hot water included.' We complained but nobody tried to do anything about it. The people at the management pretend to be friendly, but they are ridiculously mean and incompetent. They will deliver a letter to your door, that is dated 10 days before, and will try to charge you with some fee for not responding when the manditory respond date was a week before we even received the letter.
Every request or comment has to be in writing, and if you simply ask the management people, they will insist that they never heard from you.
You will have to sign a lease on 'mold,' promising that you HAVE TO use AC in the summer to prevent mold.
Oh, and they will never give you a whole amount of your security deposit back. Although we cleaned the apartment up before we left, they came up with ridiculous reasons to charge us.
We paid over 800 dollars to live in a dump. I really want you to reconsider living here. You will regret if you do.
