Overall, the complex is safe and nice but VERY NOISY as it is right on Route 1 (do not recommend B, C, D, or E buildings). I could not keep the windows open in the summer due to the noise. Multiple calls needed to be made before anything got fixed and sometimes not even properly. I was even told one time that the reason my toilet was backing up was because I used vanish drop ins. The management staff were like robots- everything by the book without room for exceptions EVER! Not that it ever happened to me, but a friend told me if you are late more than 5 days with the rent, they charge you 50.00 with no exceptions! But as of yet, I still have not received my security deposit since moving out in June (now October). Management staff will NEVER accommodate, EVER! Beware when signing the lease because it goes by the letter. No exceptions ever. No good customer service skills, believe me. As long as you can live with noise, sub par maintenence and robots for staff, you will be fine. We lived there for 3 years and our rent went up at least 50.00 each year so beware. Would not recommend as a residence.

I BETTER get MY security deposit back,or there will be lawyers involved and HELL to pay. I'm not waiting 4 months for mine.
