Well I can sure say one thing, they are really nice about getting you in, but are HORRIBLE about trying to keep you here. We've been living here for almost a year and are literally counting down the days til our lease is finally up. We have gone two days without any heat and no one seems to want to fix it. We can't tell which is colder, the outside or our 50 degree apartment! Not only that, there is a dryer that has been broken for TWO MONTHS!!!!!!! Many tenants here have called regarding it, and its still broken, which leaves one working dryer for an entire building...you do the math. Not only are they extremely inconsiderate, they lack customer service. No one ever returns your phone calls, and the "workers" are more concerned in checking out the tenants and talking on their cell phones than actually doing their job. I was treated better back when I lived in a dorm at college. The noise alone from Route 1 will keep you up at all hours of the night. Trust me, we thought it would be ok and that we could deal with it, but after a week, we were already regretting our poor decision. You're better off finding a much cheaper and better place elsewhere.

quote: 'the "workers" are more concerned in checking out the tenants and talking on their cell phones than actually doing their job.' i can't tell you the number of times one particular worker continuously asked me out and would actually follow me, no matter how many times i expressed disinterest. fyi, ladies, if this happens, get a big guy friend of yours to come act like a boyfriend when you know the worker will be around.. that's the only thing that saved me and i'm dead serious.

I live there too and it's a nightmare!! We've had 2 bats IN our apartment in the past 9 months, and an infestation of bees, and I don't just mean 20. We had close to 100 by our sliding glass door. Ugh, worst apartments ever!!! Our heat was also out for a few days, and we had a horrible sewage smell for a week. I seriously could go on and on and on about this place haha
