Nice Place to Live! I have lived in this complex twice (1996-2004 then 2007 to current) People are always nice and friendly. You are always going to have 1-2 trashy nieghbors, but they usually don't stay long. My building is nice and friendly and clean.

No complaints here I have been at Pineford for 2 years. I have no complaints. Then again unlike the other boo-babies that have posted negative things on here, I pay my rent on time, I actually report maintenance problems I have and when I have a problem (which is rare), I address it

GREAT I love Pineford. I started living at Pineford 2 years ago with my boyfriend when I went to the nearby Penn State campus. Now, 2 years later and a college graduate I am still living at Pineford! There is no other commmunity in the area that offers the benefits Pineford does; All Utilities

Rejected!?!? I hate you Pineford. Reject my family because of a 5 year old BB gun related Criminal Mischief charge. But you lease to drug offenders/sellers and DUI offenders who very well could of killed someone. Or many people who have charges but went through the ARD program and had them removed

Aweful Manager is not interested in doing her job. Owner does not know what is going on. Maintenance staff is inadequate. Electricity and plumbing complaints are never fixed.

Lived there for 2.5 years, loved it. As far as complexes go my husband and I loved Pineford. We recently relocated to a new state and now appreciate what we had at Pineford even more! It of course has a few down points, but what complex doesn't? We loved living there.

Like it here ALOT Pineford has really been improved since the last owner. It was totally turned around 2004 after the utility change. The office staff bends over backwards to make sure your number one in their eyes and helps you to be happy. Let's face it, no place you live is perfect.
